Understanding the definition of something means that you have knowledge in that area. The word definition is a statement of the word’s exact meaning; it brings clarity. In this group, the participants will explore how to define themselves and their desires in life, and create a non-complicated definition of themselves.
WHO ARE YOU? This is usually a question asked by a therapist or someone looking to know you on a different level. In this group, we will start off by wanting to know how to define you. We will explore a series of questions: how are you defined by other people? Are you respected by your peers, family members, or even your co-workers? Do others easily influence you? Do you know your destiny? Are you strong enough to bounce back from adversity, and are you embarrassed of who you are?
Sometimes, we must build upon our minds, rearrange our goals, reshape our habits, and move from comfort to discomfort, and change our words to destroy our thinking and how we currently see life. This group will enable us to change the paradigm from negative to positive.

The daily struggle, the sacrifice, the lack of time for self-care, the misunderstandings, and unyielding devotion of your time to care for someone other than yourself leads the question, “What about me?” The caregiver’s dream support group will provide a platform for caregivers to realize that they are not alone on their journey as we support for each other.
